"Omnidroid Bash" is the second episode in the Incredibles world.
You will find the Night Vision area through a hole in the left hand wall just after the path splits for the first time. If you take right path at the split, the one where you slide through a tube/tunnel, you will be dropped out directly in front of the hole in the wall where the Night Vision area is located. It is marked with the gold lightning bolt icon. Just jump over the debris and into the dark area and "pop" the achievement is yours.
It is important to note that you will find this section before you get to the first check point room (the rooms with the glass barrier you need to smash),
