This achievement is closely linked to Infinity and Beyooond...! cheevo (see that guide too).
At first, You have to play a couple of times, in order to get the characters in the circles below (those will also open secondary missions which will net extra points you can´t get at the beginning (e.g. getting the aliens to the space ship), which will help you score higher.
You have to look up for the buddy character circles through each chapter (they are colorless at the beginning, since they are not activated), clap and buddy character will come up (Woody and Jessie) and you will get to the area where the Buzz buddy coins are normally located (4 per each of the 3 chapters).
Once you get to all Buddy areas, achievement will pop (at the end of the chapter) and then you will be able to select Buzz at the beginning of the 3 chapters, play all 3 chapters as Buzz and get that achievement as well.
