Best way to get this early on is to get to bowling by doing the training sessions. Once here you will have to face state farms cliff Paul in several tournaments. He sucks. Do these matches until.you reach the ULTIMATE match against him. Keep repeating and dont back out like I did. keep replaying and you will earn 13k coins per match. If you back out the match disappears and I haven't encountered him again.

You can do three bar matches it give you 20k if you get first or win

Not sure what a 3 bar match is, but for the bowling event vs. Cliff Paul you actually get 18k, not 13k, so it is a pretty easy way to grind out some xp towards level 10 and put some cash in the bank.
