When you're going down hill on any slope, crouch to pick up speed and when you get in the green area of the ramp, jump where you stand. Once you land, the achievement should pop.

Just jump in the air when you reach the green jump zones. The only thing to remember is that there seems to be the slightest latency here, but you’ll most likely get it first or second time
