My first play-through unlocked the other two achievements for Shot-Party, but this one didn't unlock. I found that in order for this achievement to unlock, you have to hit the black discs (that give you -5 secs) as well as the normal discs. Basically just spam balls at the discs and you're bound to unlock it, it's not very tough at all.

Awesome solution thanks. Was wondering why I wasn't getting it being all careful to avoid the black disks.

This is easiest on the first two levels. On the first one, just keep wailing basketballs as fast as you can to get all of the them, there is only one red disc, so you only need to watch out for that one. On the second wave, take your time and hit the discs quickly. Do not worry much about time as long as you did the first wave quickly without hitting the red disc. Twenty-five seconds is plenty of time.
