Just got the two achievements using this method. The first two shots were the hardest for me, the rest was easy.

If someone is flying the cursor while standing, I recommend taking a chair and while playing, raise your arms and sit down, press the Y controller and the tracking settings and lower the sensor a little so that he can see the seated person better, then rest your elbow on your right leg, if you are right-handed and depending on how high the cursor is, e.g. at 60, sometimes raise your leg a little and try to aim, it's best to be close to the sensor, almost when it tells you to move back a little, the cursor stopped flying while sitting, sometimes you may need to set the seat kinect slightly higher or lower. This method also facilitated the closure of this achievement.

First things first: clench your fist to aim your darts. You will gain stability and you can punch to trow. Try and thank me later.
Now, start a party with friends in a multiplayer match and aim for:
triple 20, triple 20 and 11.
triple 20, triple 20 and Bull's Eye.
Job's done easily than trying the 501 version of the game.
Sorry for my bad english, I'm a brazilian folk. ;)

Wow, dude! I missed one of my 9 shots for the 9-darter using this punch method. (A triple 60 was a 20). I still got maximum checkout, though, as I missed in the 2nd round. Your English isn't perfect but its better than most native speakers! :)

In the game of Darts, you can only check out on a double, or a bullseye. Therefore, the most you could get in a final turn would be two triple-20s and a bullseye, in that order. See “180 Star!” for more insight on how to throw a dart with accuracy.
