This is a simple achievement. I earned it by playing a match of tennis and letting the cpu win an entire match without scoring a point myself. I assume it's possible on other sports in a similar scenario. Just let the cpu win!
Edit: Also possible when playing golf. Got a +5 bogey to be greeted to RickRolled music.

I was able to get this on skiing.
My first attempt at skiing went really bad, I missed around 6 gates on the first run, then another 3 on the second run and this popped, I didn't even know what the achievement was for until I came here.
