How to unlock the Ton 80 achievement in Kinect Sports Season Two - Definitive Guide
The best way to throw a dart in this game is not with the classic dart-throwing hand position, but rather with a fist - as if you were pounding on a wall in front of you.
To throw a dart *accurately*, line the cursor up on the spot you want to throw at, then pull your fist smoothly back towards yourself. If you do it right, the cursor will "lock on" to the spot you've chosen. If you're not happy with the lockon spot, move your fist to the side until the cursor unlocks again. Repeat your lockon attempts until you are happy.
Once you're happy with your target, move your fist forward again, not *very* fast, but not slowly either. You should land pretty much exactly in the center of the target cursor.
Now, to hit a 180, you want to put a shot in the triple-20 space as close to one side or the other as you can manage. Then put one in the center, then the other side. The key is to work from one side to the other, in order to allow yourself as much room as possible, because darts sticking in the board will nudge your in-flight dart out of true slightly.

One small comment to add:
After the aiming lock, when releasing your dart, make sure you "follow through" with your arm correctly. You can influence the path of the dart, beyond the aiming, with the "follow through". If you make a straight path with your arm, the dart should land in the center of the crosshair.
