This isn't too hard. Just wait for the ball to come at you high and swing over your head. You will hit the ball onto the court, get a point and it should hit one of the three judges. You should be able to do it multiple times in one match so super easy.

There are the judges in the back bent at the knees. When you hit a winner, shots frequently go back there, and if you hit the judge or even make them dodge, you'll net this achievement.
