Love that Rare is putting up all these videos. It's helped me get several in this game (not this one yet unfortunately). $20 says they only do this though to keep out all the "it's not possible" complaints.

How come even this technique isn't working for me...
I must be doing something incredibly wrong...
Somehow the balls end up either spinning or hitting just a few pins...
Think i've managed to ultimately get 290 or so

I didn't swing as neatly as him, just a crazy windmill swinging at the same time. Got 319 on my first try and then 519 on my second! My shoulders are burning :P

I did what that man did but had one arm in the air on one arm throwing a ball so they dont collide. I also looked down at the ground so I wasnt tempted to change the motion. Got 500

I stood in the center and basically did an unending windmill between picking up the ball and rolling it. Dont ever stop rolling picking up and throwing, just keep your arm completely straight and rotate at the shoulder. I would throw straight, dont worry about curve.

YOUR SHOULDER WILL BE TIRED!!

You can use both arms and throw twice as many balls. Just keep doing windmills with both arms.

following "HaroldClayman" post. I used both arms as windmills and it worked perfectly!!! Also following "TitusHeck" stay in the middle and leave your arms somewhat straight. if you start getting lazy and bending your arms then the balls start hitting each other and roll into the gutter.

Haven't nailed this one yet personally but with regards to the windmills, if you get your arms out of sync with each other the balls don't clash so often.

Can't say this works, but I like slowing the throws down a little so if you get a strike with one ball there's time for the pins to reset by the time the other ball arrives.

Yup did this myself using the "windmill method" alternating balls and trying to get the timing right so that a strike with ball#1 would leave just enough time for the pins to reset before #2 arrives, as LeiChat suggests. My shoulders were definitely tired the next day, but then I was working on all a lot of the bowling cheevos in one session.

This worked a treat for me, although my arms felt like they had a mind of thier own after i hit the 400 mark lol..
Gave up at 520 :)

After trying out every other solution I just couldn't reach the target score before the time ran out.

After failing numerous times I stumbled across a video on YouTube. All credit goes towards the video uploader, Enders75809.

Use one hand! Using a one handed windmill, I managed to get the ahievement first time with a score of 579 when I did this.

Please comment if you vote negatively. I will edit my solution to make it better.

I followed the video posted in solutions here, but instead of throwing the balls simultaneously, throw one after another, like one of your hands was half a move ahead, know what I mean?
The main reason for this is when throwing simultaneously, the balls bounced off of each other for me almost everytime and went straight to the... thingie on sides, cant remember the correct term.

I'm sorry, English is not my mother language, but I'm doing what I can.

EDIT: I tried just for fun after few months of not playing and I easily got around 600 on my first try.

Similar to what other people said, the best method is to do windmill but i could only getaround 300. Instead i turned round with my back to the camera and did forward windmills. Becuase you cant see the screen you arent tempted to change your motion. Got it first time this way scoring 401.

This will require a bit of patience and practice. The aim of this minigame is to knock down as many pins as possible within the time limit. You get 60 seconds on the clock to begin with, and a subsequent 5 seconds for every 30 pins you knock down. You can pick up two balls at once, but a new frame of pins will only be added once the previous frame has been cleared. One of the best techniques to use here is a ‘windmill’, where you stretch both arms out straight, pick up both balls at the same time, then ‘windmill’ them forward so they finish straight. The balls will continue to flow, so just stretch your arms out horizontally again and keep the action going. After a bit of practice, you’ll achieve your target of 350+.
