How to unlock the Feel the burn achievement in Kinect Sports - Definitive Guide
There is a very easy way to get all the DLC achievements without breaking sweat :
1. Stand in front of your Kinect sensor as normal
2. Hold a curtain or sheet in front of you so that the bottom of it touches the floor
3. Move the sheet sideways, dragging the bottom of it from left to right (and back again!) along the floor
You will get between 0.30 - 0.50 kcals/second by doing this.. !

Just like the description says, play and "win" against the Milk character of the Calorie Challenge DLC.
The Milk Challenge is 15 minutes with a goal of burning 91 calories. The games/event vary each time you try this, but you may end up doing the same event twice in one challenge.
Don't be alarmed if you only have a few calories after the first 1-2 events, the game starts you off slow and then picks up the intensity. Also, the more you can involve full body movements the better. For example, when you have a bowling event, do a lunge as you roll the balls and you'll see the calories really start to add up!
This is definitely a little more difficult than the Celery Challenge, but I don't think it's worse than the Banana, and it's very doable on your first attempt. I crossed the 91 calorie mark just before 13 minutes, and I was taking it pretty easy since I had just done the Banana challenge before.
The achievement pops AFTER you complete the designated time, NOT when you pass the caloric goal.
Finally, just doing the challenge for 15 minutes does NOT guarantee you'll burn 91 calories. You need to reach 91+ calories to pop the achievement.

The easiest way to beat any opponent is during a mini game which requires you to use only one arm (ie some of the table tennis and bowling ones). Simply wave your arms side to side, walk around, do anything besides choosing which hand to use. The game won't start until you choose a hand and you can meet your calorie goal before even starting the given match. When you do this, note that your time will go well beyond what the estimated time for each challenge is.
Best Solution if you still struggle to make it in time!
I do recommend using a big towel, it is easy that way.
Move sideways and wave the towel. Not really necessary to move sideways so much but I do think it speeds it up a bit. What really speeds it up is if you wave harder with the towel, I mean wafe faster. Make it so it reach the floor and just wave very fast to increase the calories.
When you randomly get the table tennis were you can score points between 1,2,3. Just dont serve and stand still with the towel in your hand. (More safer way is to actually not choose left or right hand as you can make calories run from there. This way you wont accidently serve).
You can reach your target here without ending the game as the timer never starts until you serve but your calories goes up.
I also noticed it should also work with one of the bowling events. (Not the one were they charge at you).
Remember you need to finish the event before the achievement unlocks.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do this trick, the in game timer will be wrong and you will go overtime and have to play many extra events so you dont really need to get all calories in one go using this trick as you for example would still have to do all that time after. I had to play up to 36 minutes vs the pizza when I did use this trick to catch up a bit.
