You can either boost this with a friend online or do this in a match vs. the computer.
If you do it online, just have your friend move out of the way when you shoot with the 3 different ways to score.
I did this vs. the comp and it was pretty easy. Just set the difficultly to Amateur or below.
Those 3 goals must be in one match and scored differently. One must be a header, one a left footed kick and the last one a right footed kick.
Now most people are right handed, so their right foot is also dominate, so that one should be the one you go for last seeing as it is the easiest.
To do the left footed goal:
Pass the ball up the left side of the field and get it close enough to the goal to shoot. Plant your RIGHT foot and swing with your left. I have found that if you swing your foot slower it will loft the ball a little and will help you score easier by lifting it over the goalies head.
For the header goal:
Get the ball up the right or left side of the field, so that you get on either side of the goal and are able to shoot. Kick the ball like you are passing it so it is a weak shot. The goalie most times will knock it out of bounds for a Corner Kick. When you get a corner kick, the ball icon will pop up. Stand in front of the ball icon and when the ball comes close to you, jump and swing your head towards the goal.
For the right footed goal, follow the instructions for the left footed but change feet. This should be the easiest one to get.

For the header goal, if the throw-in or corner kick is low to the ground, you can crouch and hit it with your head.
It does not have to be pretty, it just has to be a header!

This can either be done against a computer on any difficulty or against a friend locally or online. It requires you to score three goals, one with your left foot, one with your right foot and one with your head. Obviously, the one with each foot should be pretty easy to do, as you simply need to get the ball into some space where you can shoot, and take a crack at it. Once you’ve scored with one foot, use the other. For a header, however, you need to get the ball into a position where it can be crossed; either attempt to cross the ball (which sometimes works, and sometimes doesn’t depending on your position). The best way to score your header is to get a corner and to cross it in that way. Keep an eye out for a marker to appear by your head, as this will indicate that you are able to header the ball. Position yourself by the marker, so that when the balls crossed in, you can header it. Hopefully, after all three goals you should have netted yourself the achievement.
