How to unlock the In Training achievement in Kinect Sports - Definitive Guide
The quickest way to get experience is to get a PB in a mini-game. However if you can't beat your PB's you can also get experience by beating another person. You don't need a second person do do this though.
You can do this easily if you set it to 2-player. When it is your accounts go, try to get a PB and then on the second players go get the worst score you can. If you do this then you will get experience for winning and also experience for a PB if you got one.

Not sure if the achievement description changed, but it's unclear what level you need to be to get these achievements. Adding to solution would help.

Ok the way that I started was just by playing the normal games but then I moved on to the mini games. Every time that you beat your best you will get around half a level bar and that's a lot. but what I did was I played mini games with me and my friend both on the one account. If the two play on one account that account is the only on that gets the level points. But when the one of you gets tired the other can take over and this can continue and you will be able to play longer and level up more.
