How to unlock the People's Champion achievement in Kinect Sports - Definitive Guide
Simply play to get more xp, i suggest that you do the mini games, if you beat your own highscore you get xp, if you dont beat your own highscore you wont get any that round, as long as you beat your on highscore mini games go fastest i belive
*added* Another suggestion if you cant beat your highscore anymore you can play the game your are best at and do it on professional over and over or even champion (champion takes a few more minutes each round)

I agree with you. It seems to me that every time you beat your high score, you level up significantly, sometimes a whole level. So basically, you can "boost" yourself by purposely doing bad and getting low scores on the mini-games, then replay and beating your old high score by a few points to level up.

The quickest way to get experience is to get a PB in a mini-game. However if you can't beat your PB's you can also get experience by beating another person. You don't need a second person do do this though.
You can do this easily if you set it to 2-player. When it is your accounts go, try to get a PB and then on the second players go get the worst score you can. If you do this then you will get experience for winning and also experience for a PB if you got one.
