Simple....select "Bowling" from Main Event menu and choose to play against a computer opponent. At next screen, select "Beginner" for computer AI difficulty and start the game.
Now just bowl as normal (follow the tutorial for tips on ball spin, if you want) and keep the ball in the lanes. The computer AI will only get a few pins (3-5) on most frames. Keep playing through the final frame and as long as your score is higher than the computer, you get 30 gamerscore!
