How to unlock the Ultra Combo! achievement in Kinect Sports - Definitive Guide

I got this with relatively little effort as the achievement explains exactly what you have to do, "Perfect" hits. All you have to do is try and line up your motions with where the hit prompt turns up.
Depending on who starts the rally will decide which roles you play in this combination. If your AI player bumps the ball, you set it for them to spike and visa versa. Good timing is key especially on the spike, if you swing too soon it wont count as perfect.
Keep in mind you have to score a point for the achievement to pop.
Try to angle your shot away from the computer player, I did this against a friend and he just stood there and let the point score.

Hi there, sorry i have been inactive for a while. It seems to call it a super spike when you jump with your hit from my experience.

I don't get it. Is this achievement broken? I've been trying to get this for weeks. I'm doing everything exactly as shown. I even deleted my cache and restarted this. It won't unlock.

This can either be done against a computer on any difficulty or against a friend locally or online. Obviously a computer on a lower difficulty will be easier. Basically, you have to do a perfect three-part play to score a point. The 'bump' is when you first hit the ball after it coming over the net from the opponent. The 'set' is the second time it is hit, and this is when it’s played into the air. Finally, the 'spike' is the power shot that plays it back over the net. Timing is everything here, so keep practicing until you get it right. Remember that you need to score a point from it. If you’re playing against a friend, you could always have them purposely miss so that you get the point and subsequently the achievement.
