How to unlock the Now Face the Chosen One achievement in Kinect Star Wars - Definitive Guide

I dont know why there is no guide for this one yet but I just did this one and hope this guide will help some players that have not yet been able to finish Ror within the time limit. You have to beat him at 2 min and 9 sec or better for the achievement.
Every time you try to block his attack you take a chance of wich direction the attack will come from. This apply to each opponent in the light saber mode. If you choose right you get a perfect block. Edit: As it turns out if you have your hand were you hope he will attack and then when he attack Dodge and then at the same time wave with the lightsaber hand you can get a Perfect or Great/Dodge/Block at the same time with will prolong the attack time later AND increase your bar faster! (This is how you can beat Darth Vader under 59 seconds as well).
So the trick is:
At the start preferable put your hand above you and hope he attacks from up to down. If he doesnt then Dodge at the direction he is not coming from. If he do attack you from up and down then Dodge to either left or right side and at the same time wave with your lightsaber hand as that can also trigger a perfect or great block.
If you Dodge a number of times you get a longer attack phase!
If you manage to get some perfects and greats you might not need to do the time consuming Clash.
1st Step - You start at a good spot. Just try to block with great or perfect so the bar meter fills up more quickly. (I noticed that many times if he doesnt start with attacking from up, his second attack is many times coming from up). So you start with holding your hand at left/right/down or up possition Before he makes his first attack because if you do this Before he makes his attack you will get perfect if you choosed right.
When you get your first attack at him start swinging with your light saber at him while you hold the other arm up to grab items behind him or possible to grab on the screen. First you try to throw one at him while swinging your sword at him. He will move back after the hit and at this time you grab more stuf but hold them until he stand in front of you again. At that time continue to wave like crazy with your lightsaber and imediatly throw these things at him. Be fast and grab Another item to throw at him Before the attack tiemer runs out. If you done Everything well you will only need one time were you can deal damage to him. If you fail at this I would restart.
Time you should atleast have at this Point is around 33 seconds or better. Not too hard!
2nd Step - This one is harder but the trick here is to jump over him so you will have the easier items to grab and throw at him when it will be your chance to attack him. I started with jumping over. Here you do the same thing as in step one. Blocking with great or perfect. Try to avoid dodgingif you have the items/obstacles behind him. Because you dont want to have your attack when he doesnt have any items/obstacles behind him.
When it is your time to attack. Wave like crazy and try to throw the items/obstacles at him. Continue to do this. If you need Another attack here it is ok because this is the hardest step of the Three. Now if you need Another attack step just try to block his attack with great or perfect to fill up the meter as Quick as you can. Then just finish him off quickly with the damage you have already dealt from the first attack phase.
3rd Step - This one I found more easy than the first two. Here you can either move to the right by dodging early to have lot of obstacles behind him or do what i did, jump over at the beginning. There are obstacles behind him from the start but i found more if i jumped over him or dodged to the right. I would recomend to just jump over in the beginning. Same as above. Try to make great or perfect blocks. When it is your turn to attack just wave your lightsaber like crazy and throw as many obstacles you can at him. You might be able to beat him in time even if you need a second attack step.
I hope this guide help the players that have yet to beat him and have not been able to do so. I am sorry of my English is not the best when it comes to find the right Words.

Finally got this. I had a terrible time trying to get him in one attack phase in the first round. A lot of the time the lightsaber swings around not connecting to anything. When it did connect a lot of times in the first round he'd stagger right before the projectile arrived at him, causing it to miss.
Also, one time when I restarted it switched the lightsaber to the left hand instead of the right hand and completely threw me off. It did not correct until I restarted the whole game.
I'm not even going to bother trying the Vader duel in 59 seconds.

Congrats!
Darth vader is really tough so i understand! Beating Darth Vader under 59 seconds is my most satisfying achievement up to now.
Lot of backpain from that one!
