For this achievement, you need to start up a Rancor Rampage round once you become level 10.
It does not unlock when you reach level 10, but rather when you start a round when you ARE level 10.
I did not record my time, but a rough estimate of how long it'll take is about 4 and a half hours. This will vary depending on how well you do during your rounds. Definitely play on Challenge mode as opposed to Fury and focus on staying alive and completing the challenges as fast as possible.
