I got this achievement without even trying for it, but I was playing with a friend. It would be easier doing co-op as your scores are combined, not separate.
To kill a speeder, you must shoot it, to do this, line up behind the speeder and a red marker should appear. The shot will be fed automatically.
Slow down if you want to get behind the speeders and get a better shot. Try not to get too far behind though, as you will still need to see it.
