I got this from Canadianbaconx3's guide on xbox360achievements and edited for clarity. You can also find all this in the in game help screens. However the list below is incomplete.
Clap - make a clapping motion towards your enemies
Charge - squat and move your arms like a gorilla to propel your Rancor at high speeds.
Smash - Lifting your arms and smash them down on the ground
Smoosh - Jump in the air and land on someone
Munch - Pick someone up (Do this by doing the walking on the spot motion and grab the mobs) and eat them.
Throw - Pick someone up and make a throwing motion.
Rage - when the rage meter is full, throw both arms above your head to activate RAGE! (might have to do more than once to activate)
In addition I had to perform the missing movements below for the achievement to pop:
Super Smash, perform the Smash Move when landing from a jump.
Stomp, lift a leg up high and bring it to the ground.

I voted positive for this solution, but have not tried it out yet. I use x360a a lot and their guide lists the main ones you use, but I still didn't get it, even with the super smash. Did not know about the Stomp, will have to try that and I am sure it will unlock.
