if you are playing the WP version too, stop your progress at level 24 and upload your save file to the cloud. Download it to the other device and reach level 25 on each to get this achievement on both versions. I reached level 50 on my PC and then started the game on my phone. On downloading the saved game I got all of the achievements except this one on my WP. So don't do this until you want to start the game afresh on your phone.
Similar rules apply for, when you Upload your game on WP and download on Win 8 after reaching level 25. The achievement won't unlock in the Win 8 version. (Confirmed by- Illum1na).

Thanks. This achievement is obtainable. And this is the correct method of stacking both versions. Saved me a lot of time.

So is there anyway of getting this with just the win8 version?

You don't have to worry about anything if you just want it on Win8 and don't plan on playing it on WP later.

I was already level 50 on my phone before I got Win 8 and installed this game, so I missed the achievement on Win 8. I've now completed all other achievements. Is there any way to reset my data file on Win 8 so I can start this game over and get the achievement?

I haven't played this game for a long while now but I think the option for resetting the progress was available in 'Settings' accessible through the Charms Menu in Win 8.

Thanks. I checked that and it currently only has settings for the volume controls in the game.

@Panthera you may be able to do something similar to this method if you want to delete your save.
