This achievement is un-missable as it is part of the main story. You will get this when you complete the main story mode. You can also go back and replay any contests after you have beaten the main game and purchase any items, etc...

Story related and cannot be missed. This unlocks at the very end of the game when the secret treasure is revealed. To "win" the game you just need to completely fill the Discovery bar for the area "Celestial Glacier".
