This is the second world you unlock on the map. as soon as you finish all the events of the first section and have enough experience you will unlock the beach.

Once you reach Level 2 you will be able to visit Fiddler's Beach. Go into your Inventory and Select 'Map'. Just select the area your not in ( bottom left of the map). Once loaded the achievement will pop.
Scrapdaddy
Story related and cannot be missed. When you completely fill your Woodland Glade Discovery bar found at the top of the screen, you will be prompted to go to the beach. Just say yes and it unlocks as you arrive.
