This achievement is part of the storyline and will unlock when you reach the Clestial Glacier which is the 6th (and last) area you unlock after going to the house.
After you pass all contests in Suri Mountain (by playing or skipping through them) you will move on to the glacier.

Once you reach Level 10 you will be able to visit Celestial Glacier. Go into your Inventory and Select 'Map'. Just select the new area (top right on the map). Once loaded the achievement will pop.

Story related and cannot be missed. When you completely fill your Suri Mountain Discovery bar found at the top of the screen, you will be prompted to go to this area. Just say yes and it unlocks as you arrive.
