This achievement is part of the storyline and will unlock when you reach Suri Mountain which is the 5th area you unlock after going to the house.
After you pass all contests in Cherry Blossom Grove (playing or skipping through them) you will move on to the mountain.

Once you reach Level 8 you will be able to visit Suri Mountain. Go into your Inventory and Select 'Map'. Just select the new area (top right on the map). Once loaded the achievement will pop.

Story related and cannot be missed. When you completely fill your Cherry Blossom Grove Discovery bar found at the top of the screen, you will be prompted to go to this area. Just say yes and it unlocks as you arrive.
