To replay any contest go to your toy box and select the map. Go to Fiddlers Beach and highlight the one you didn't do.

Make sure you play them all as your own identity. I let my other half play to get his cash back achievement and now have to go back though all the contests because I can't remember which ones he did that I didn't 'play' D:

You just have to play every contest in the game once. There are 30 total and I have them listed under "Gold Standard". You do not have to win or even medal, you just have to start and finish each contest.
