You can unlock all of the levels by pressing RB at the Level Select Screen. You wont be able to press the levels right away. You will need to enter level 1 and then go back to the level select screen and all the levels will be unlocked and clickable!
This turns a 2-3 Hour completion into a 20 Minute Completion. You simply need to Complete the 6th and Final Level in each World. Thats 4 Worlds X 2 Levels = Only 8 Levels you need to play. RATHER THAN 60! Enjoy

Just to note for this particular boss. I had him swoop down to damage me, and I ended up being picked up/riding on his back. Which apparently counts as jumping on him a bunch of times for massive damage. So try and get on it's back to kill it quickly.
