At this point, a lot of the map will open up for you to explore. If you are the town square, start heading South (down) as you are able. If you hit a sign post that says "South, under development..." you're on the right track. Keep heading South, past the "different horn" area and on the next screen you'll see the frogs by the water.
It took me 6 tires of interacting with the frogs before the trophy popped so just keep trying to grab them, back away and return to grab them. As with most trophies, you'll be rewarded with several really bad (or goid) puns about trying to catch frogs.

Continue down from the horn and you will come to the edge of a river with a bunch of frogs. Attempt to catch the frogs six times while King Graham keeps making terrible frog puns; when he makes the pun about having a frog in the throat, you are done.
