Regarding already having a horse and why it's not missable:
The path through the quest will be slightly different and well worth a try. Otherwise read the spoiler text to find out how it differs from the "regular" way.

Same didn't pop for me. Alot of achievements aren't popping for me or progressing anymore. Frustrating

Yeah i finished this a few days ago and didnt pop. Some other achievements including jail one and fatso werent unlocking either and had to do a hard reset for them to unlock

Not popping for me either. Tried hard reset and still not unlocking. Definitely frustrating, hopefully it randomly does soon.

Story Achievement - Save Lord Capon from the Cumans

After you and Capon chase a boar through the forest, Capon gets his ass beat and caught by the Cumans. Beat them to save him.
