This Achievement is Missable.

You should get this, before you complete the first Quest. Simply attack someone and wait until a guard will attack you. Give up (LT + A) and say "I don't have Money" and than "get jailed".

You end up in an Game Over Screen. You have to reload a last Checkpoint

I hope that got your attention. Anyway this is probably the easiest achievement to get, but may not be your first if you don't realize that Skalitz, is the town where you start. Worse than that you must do it at the very beginning of the game.

The easiest way to be arrested is to run up to somebody and punch them using . I chose not to use Henrys parents for this as they may not get the guards. Regardless when the guard comes hold down and press .

In the conversation options just say you have no money and then accept your punishment. There is a fun bonus cutscene for this game over that I won't spoil here.

Once the game over screen does appear, your achievement should pop. Hope this helps.

Another way to unlock this, when arriving at the "center" of the village where there's various stalls, go to the furthest one to the right and you can steal the pouches on display. The crowd will go wild and alert the guards and when you see the prompt press + to "surrender" and select the option where you say you have no Gold and accept imprisonment.

That's how I did it since for some reason I couldn't attack anyone (even after the fighting lesson which I believe is optional as well) and the achievement popped after the cutscene.

2021 Update - I think my game was bugged at the time when I couldn't attack but recently I've starting playing it again and you can steal from whatever stall you want now, even in the shop but I believe the fastest way is to start attacking anyone, even your two friends up at the castle's entrance. One punch and surrender. So it seems much, much easier to get this achievement now and some people might just get it normally while trying to fatten their pockets and max some stats at the beginning of the game.
