How to unlock the Freud achievement in Kingdom Come: Deliverance - Definitive Guide
Main Quest: Family Values - Missable achievement - Requires high speech level.
Highly recommended to save right before you enter the tent to talk to Erik.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This achievement is a bit buggy with patch 1.3/1.4, but seems like it got fixed with the 1.5 patch
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Erik's stats are:
Speech: 12, Charisma: 10, Strength/Threat: 13
You need to have higher stats to be able to get this achievement.
If you have high enough stats, pick these dialogues:
- Who is this toth?
- How did you meet him?
- What are you people after?
- How many men has he got in the castle?
If you don't have high enough stats:.
- Charisma:
Take a bath, change your armour and have a bunch of flowers in your inventory (herbalism buff)
- Strength:
Best option i found this late in the game (without killing people) was to hunt.
Earlier in the game you can train with Bernard in hand-to-hand and quickly level up.
Take a few potions before talking to Erik. Potions can increase your stats for 5 minutes, plus you can get the alcohol buff which gives you a extra bonus.
Potions can be bought from the alchemist shop in Rattay

This seems to be bugged for me too. I have 16 strength and even with potions and perks taking me to 20 it still fails everytime. I've tried 10+ times. I guess we'll just have to wait until the next patch.

As of patch 1.3.4.0
hi! try to decrease your rep with rattay to make sure erik gets at least 70-83 rep. that would ensure that his stats would be 15 12 11. I discovered it when someone in the warhorse forum posted that his rep with erik decreased to 50 and that rep drop made erik have a 23 20 4 stat when he did a crime in rattay. Through trial and error I got the achievement. hope this helps

Story related but can be MISSED.
This takes place during the main quest "Family Values". When you join the briefing in the tent, you'll have a chance to interrogate Erik. You have to successfully pass the skill checks when talking to him. There are two for speech, one for charisma and one for strength. My checks were 11, 10 and 14. I think they are dependent on your level though.
Just go through all the dialogue options that are available to you and pass your skill checks.

According to the plot, you will catch him and you will need to talk to him in the tent, with an eloquence level of 15 or more, you will be able to talk to him and receive a trophy.

To get the trophy, Eric needs to talk in all four lines. Only two of these lines depend on eloquence, another depends on social status and charm, and the last one depends on a threatening appearance.
Therefore, I recommend that you drink a love potion and rubbish before entering the tent. It also wouldn't hurt to have passive effects: the power of flowers, the scent of purity, and the Seville stitch. And of course, come in clean clothes, sober and without a hangover.

If you are not strong enough, then you need to lower your reputation in Rattay and then Eric’s threshold for intimidation will decrease.

By the end of the game, you will most likely be lvl 20 or so, in cool armor (which will give you charm), do not forget to wash yourself in the tub before the conversation and then you will talk to this Eric without any problems.
