How to unlock the Friends without benefits achievement in Kingdom Come: Deliverance - Definitive Guide
This is probably missable if you've completed the Gallows Brothers quest in a manner that earned you the Judas achievement. However, since Andrew magically resurrects as you progress the game even if you ensure that he is hanged, it's possible Fritz and Matthew do as well.
I cannot confirm this, however, so it is best to earn the Judas achievement on a separate save, and go for this one on a save where Fritz and Matthew live. If you're worried about not getting the achievement for completing all quests by not completing Gallows Brothers, don't be. You can still complete Gallows Brothers without killing Fritz and Matthew, and as I said, Andrew will eventually be magically resurrected to ensure the completion of future quests. Also, it should be noted that you most definitely do not need to complete all quests to earn the Completionist achievement, despite it's description. So if for whatever reason you skip the Gallows Brothers quest altogether in fear of killing Matthew and Fritz, you can still easily get the Completionist achievement.
Anyway, to get this, you need to make sure a tavern is built in Pribyslavitz first, then talk to both Fritz and Matthew at the Inn in the Glade. They will quickly agree to go to Pribyslavitz since it has a tavern. Also, it should be noted based on things I've read on various forums that you may need to complete the quest A Rock and A Hard Place to get them to go to Pribyslavitz.
I cannot confirm this as I already had the quest completed before inviting them; the only roadblock I encountered was not having a tavern built.

Just to add to the above solution.
I had completed the Gallows Brithers quest and betrayed Andrew but Kept Matthew and Fritz Alive however once I completed the quest I could not find them to invite them to Prib.
After searching all over and giving up hope I stumbled across them accidently. They remain at the Inn at the Glade however they stand behind the stables area with their horses and just remain there.
To the left of the Inn is a large shed with a tunnel like entrance, walk through this building out the otherside and turn left and you will see the pair of plonkers just standing.

I also had a problem where I could not find Matthew and Fritz, except for different reasons.
TL:DR - Make a save game before looting the chest in Talmberg, and don't be mistaken in to thinking that you actually have to enter the quarry camp to do your stealing (it can all be done in Talmberg). I think things get buggy if you have to enter the quarry camp, so if your stealth is good enough you can avoid it altogether.
I already betrayed the three of them to get the Judas achievement and I never had to enter the quarry camp to complete this. I then reloaded an older save to do the ending where you keep Matthew and Fritz alive, so then I could send them to Pribyslavitz.
However something went wrong, maybe I forgot to steal all the money from Talmberg, or maybe the game bugged out, but after stealing some of what was in the chest in Talmberg I did not get a quest marker to give money to my friends, but I was again given the option to snitch on them in "Gallows brothers".
So I assumed I had to actually steal the money from the quarry this time in order to finish "A rock and a hard place". I stole it and "A rock and a hard place" ended with no prompt to give any money to my friends, and they were nowhere to be found before or after I betray Andrew and complete "Gallows brothers", their horses still on the ridge by the quarry.
Luckily I had a save game before looting the chest in Talmberg. I loaded that, stole everything in the chest for sure this time, including the cash that was destined for the quarry camp. This time I immediately got the prompt to split the money, so I met them by the ridge, gave it to them, and hey hopped on their horses and left.
A couple of days later they were back at The Glen and I was able to finally give them the invite.

MISSABLE
Once you have the Tavern built, go to the Inn in the Glade where they'll be waiting and ask them to go to Pribyslavitz. You need to complete their quest line first by finishing the quest "Gallows Brothers". Once completed, they'll go without issues.
WARNING: You mustn't have betrayed them in the "Gallows Brothers" quest, which results in their deaths and makes them unable to be recruited.
This guide was translated automatically.
To gain access to the quest you must first complete the following quests: “True Friend”, “True Friends”, “Masquerade”, “Defamed” and “Wherever you throw it, there’s a wedge everywhere”. Actually, right after the last one, you can invite.
Attention! In parallel with the quest “Wherever you throw it, there’s a wedge everywhere”, you can inadvertently complete the quest “Brothers on the Gallows”, and after one of its endings, inviting Matusz and Fritz to Pribyslavitsa becomes somewhat uh... problematic.

I was able to invite Fritzek and Matusz only after completing the quest "Brothers on the Gallows" with Ondrzej as the scapegoat.

To invite Henry's friends, you need to complete a chain of their crosses and build an inn in Pribyslavitz; without an inn, they will not agree to go to work.
