How to unlock the Knightrider achievement in Kingdom Come: Deliverance - Definitive Guide
To get this achievement you must win the race and get the best possible outcome. There are three possible outcomes for this quest. The one that got me the achievement was for coming in first place and Sir Divish agreeing to only buy his horses from the Neuhof stable. The achievement popped immediately after winning the race and talking to him.
The achievement did not pop for me when I thought I had won and he said he would buy half his horses from Neuhof and half from Uzhitz. So make sure you actually win, because the quest told me I had won but I didn't get the best possible outcome, which I believe is for coming in first place.
The race itself is easy because you can take a ton of shortcuts by cutting through fields and your opponents won't. They're still as fast as you and perfect riders, so don't ever assume the shortcut put you too far ahead. I doubt it's possible to win legitimately. I suggest saving the game before the race starts.
You have to ride on the horse given, no using Warhorse Jenda. The competition is really fast, but luckily, you don't have to use the road. If you get pretty good at running through the woods, you shouldn't have a problem. The shortest distance between two points is always a straight line, and the NPCs always use the curvy main roads. Just watch out for hills and tree branches, because for some reason, Henry still takes leg fall damage from two inches even though he's on a horse.
This takes place during the side quest "The Sport of Kings Side". You can obtain this quest by talking to Zora in Neuhof after you finish the main quest "Baptism by Fire".
Follow the quest and talk to Sir Divish. Convince him and he'll suggest a horse race. Talk to the Stablemaster, then wait for the race. Now all you have to do is win the race. This is simple enough by just heading straight for the markers. You don't have to stick to the paths so you can cut through the grass and fields. Doing this, you shouldn't have any issues winning.
Once you've won, talk to Sir Divish again and he'll start buying horses from Zora again.
As a result of the quest, we will need to take part in the race and come to the finish line first. During the race, it is better to follow the first participant so that he shows the way, since there will be no markers. After collecting the last checkpoint, near the quarry, you can cut along the slope on the left and calmly come first.
