How to unlock the Trial-And-Error achievement in Kingdom Come: Deliverance - Definitive Guide
You will need to play the main campaign and complete the main quest Nest of Vipers. Once complete you will be able to renew Pribslavitz.
I had to begin a whole new playthrough to earn this achievement however I did combine it with the no kills, virgin and harcore achievements so it wasn't to bad.
I recommend you begin pilfering, pillaging and pickpocketing as soon as the game begins, you are going to need lots of coin. Sell the loot to Peshek, he then sells it on and makes wa more money but the advantage of this is that he will have a huge cash reserve, so you can sell huge amounts to him.. He had £90k by the time I won the achievement.
Focus on getting our lockpicking as high as possible so you can pick very hard locks, then rob the traders in rattay, especially the swordsmith, armoursmith and tailor. Visit Taverns in all cities and buy a bed, make use of the stash and place all your ill gotten gains in there and sell them all off to Peshek and get his cash reserves high or wait until they are no longer stolen and sell to merchants.
Work through the Pribyslavitz quests and once you have improved the church to max you will get the marker to return to Divish and the achievement will unlock.
MISSABLE
You have to have everything built without learning to read. The only one that you need to do the improvements on, is the Church, though I suggest doing the improvements on everything, especially your buildings that earn you money. The only way to know what the costs are for each building and what is required in supplies to build them is to read the ledger. The ledge contains all the information needed for building, your income and your expenses.
You must make sure you do not complete the quest "Mightier than the Sword", as you'll not be able to obtain this, for the completing the quest allows you to read and will void this trophy.
You'll want to start building the Woodcutters' Camp, Paved Road and Bridge and the Trader's Store in that order. Once you have those built, you'll get a side quest called "Supplies", which you'll need to go around and get resources needed to build the rest. There is only one place to get stone, which will cost you 4,000G (3,000G with speech check). The rest you have choices from, which are all different prices. I'd go with the cheaper ones as they don't seem to make a difference and just keeps more money in your pocket so choose to go with grain from Samopesh (80G), livestock from Ledetchko (30G) and charcoal from the coal burners (180G).
Once you get your resources, start building everything else. It doesn't matter which ones you build first, just make sure to leave the Rathaus and Church last. Once you have everything built, including the Rathaus and Church (with the improvements), talk to Sir Divish and have him come look at what you've accomplished.
Here is a list of everything you can build and the costs:

Getting money without killing anyone is much more difficult. I did it on hardcore mode and without killing. Takes up extra time on hacks and treasures.
To go into profit you will need at least 25 thousand groschen (then you will have to skip days and accumulate Money), eloquence 12 or less, but with the Krasnobay potion. I also advise you to do the Aquarius quest in Rattay and do not kill Kuno from the mill. This will bring benefits during further actions and luring New Settlers.
A set of armor from the Royal Edition of 5 old chests costs literally pennies to repair. You can save money on this too.
