How to unlock the Anorectic achievement in Kingdom Come: Deliverance - Definitive Guide

Alright so I got this achievement by accident in conjunction with another achievement. I was trying to pick pocket a man and he saw me, reported to the guards and I got arrested. I was put in jail for five days (I did also tackle the man with cn_LT when he first tried to run and tell a guard)

Be aware that I was already below nourishment 50 (the value you need to be below to be starving) when I was arrested and I imagine they just didn't give me much food.

Regardless this achievement popped for me in tandem with
Kingdom Come: DeliveranceConvictThe Convict achievement in Kingdom Come: Deliverance worth 21 pointsSpend three days in prison.

Hope this helps,

Let's keep cheevin' together!

So it's allowed to eat as long as you stay below 50 nourishment?

I believe so. Otherwise I'm certain you would die before the 3 days are up, even with the anorectic perk. If anybody reading this has definitive proof please let me know.

I can now confirm that you may eat food as long as you don't exceed 50 nourishment. I did this from the very start of the game - eating carefully as I played and the achievement popped just after the end cutscene after returning to Skalitz during the prologue.

The description for this achievement is misleading. The actual unlock condition is Have 50 nourishment or less for a total of 72 in-game hours (does not have to be in one sitting).

Achievement progress is cumulative, so this can be done over the course of the game, by just being a bit reckless with your food intake.

Like the Fatso achievement, the days are accumulative. Wander around until your nourishment falls to 50 and get the hungry debuff, identified by the icon of a bowl with a bite out of it. Skip time in any way you'd like for three days, though try not to starve completely.

Don't eat anything and you'll get the debuff "Hunger". You don't need to starve for three consecutive days, but overall the time you are starving needs to add up to three days total. You should earn this without even trying. If you want to rush this, you can just use the waiting mechanic and skip time ahead by a day at a time. Once you hit a certain point, you'll start losing health so you may need to eat to regain some health before you're able to wait for any period of time.

You can eat foods with little nutritional value, the main thing is that the hunger icon is present in the interface, the satiety level is always less than 50 (this is if you are afraid that the character is losing health, stamina, or the screen is simply blurry)

It seems that you can feed in the bathhouse, this does not hinder the progress of the trophy.
I lost it after they washed me and fed me in the bathhouse and I slept in bed for about 10 hours.

The trophy has perfect synergy with the perk, which allows you not to waste energy / satiety in those cases when you stand still (sharpening a sword, in the dialogue menu, doing alchemy, etc.).

This is done easily if you have the Contemplator perk (taken from the hero’s general level). We wait until hunger reaches 49 (or less) and spend three days (hunger and sleep indicators will not fall, thanks to the perk)

The Anorexic, Insomniac and Prisoner trophies go well together.
We bring ourselves to a state of hunger and insomnia.
We go to the nearest guard and give him a bread slicer
after which we end up in jail and get all three trophies at once.
We load the latest save (so as not to lose stats) and continue to play as a crystal law-abiding moron.

And again, I don’t understand why everyone writes that the satiety indicator should not exceed 50, it is enough to do 3 days in a row so that at least for a moment it drops below 50, it is not necessary to constantly keep it at this level.
