How to unlock the Ledetchko Revenant achievement in Kingdom Come: Deliverance - Definitive Guide

During the mission: No rest for the Wicked
To be able to start the Charlatans missions, I needed a reputation with Ledetchko above 55.

- Dig up the grave and remove the remains
- Talk to the local gossip
- Then talk to the Charlatan again.
during the conversation here, ask “about the remains” and “Supposing I bury them?”

*** Save here. This savepoint helps you with 3 different achievements ***

Continue on with doing the mission objectives. I would highly recommend doing most of these at night. If you are seen doing something illegal you can fail the objective.

Steal rosaries.
Either go around pickpocket the villagers, lockpick chests, or loot the villagers you kill. You will need a total of 5.

Replace the butcher’s fresh meat with rotten meat
You need 50 roe-deer venison/meat, 25 pieces of mutton and 4 chicken. You can either hunt for these or buy them. When you have gathered the items wait a few days for the food to rotten. Then sneak into the butchers house and replace the meat. If you look around you will see meat hanging from the roof in 2 different rooms, the last is hanging outside. Replace all for the objective to count.

Replace the eggs in the chicken coop with charcoal.
if you do not have any charcoal, you can buy these from the apothecary in Rattay.
There are a few chicken coops on the west side of the city. Just place some charcoal in 3 of the coops for this. If there are any eggs in the coop, steal them.

Make a blood potion
Buy the ingredients you need from the apothecary in Rattay, and follow this recipe:

Colour the water in the baths
Get to the baths in Ledetchko, and mix the blood potion into the bath water.

Theres a few extra things to do, that wont show up as mission markers:

Team up with some itinerants to help scare the villagers
Talk to the bailiff, and “ask about the revenant”, then “I’ll help you bailiff”, then when you get to the area, talk to one of them and say "you can help me with the haunting."
After this, go back to the bailiff and say they wont be any trouble.

Kill a couple of villagers.
Highly recommended to kill them while they are asleep.

Rotten eggs in the well
Talk to the trader. He will give you an idea. Get some eggs, leave them to rot (wait some time), then throw them down the well (in the middle of the bath-area)

Get help from Fritz & Matthew
If Fritz & Matthew are working in Ledetchko ask them to help scare the villagers.
If they have moved on to Inn in the glade or Pribyslavitz you can ignore this

Save here. just in case.

Talk to the charlatan again, IF he asks you about the murders say: "Me? Certainly not!".
the charlatan will ask you to scare one more person. Just follow the objectives here.
The doog youre looking for is located on the farm behind the inn.
To scare felix's companions: One is scared by the barking sound, so sneak up close and bark a few times. The other is scared of flames. If you locate the grave you dug up in the beginning of this mission and look up in the tree, theres a oil lamp. Shoot it down with an arrow and wait. Get back to the charlatan around the day after 18:00 to end the mission and get the achievement.

Reload the save, and do the not-so-christian burial, or christian burial.

Do I really have to do all the extra things to get the achievement, or one extra thing is enough ? Can I skip some main tasks from the Charlatan ? Because the achievement says to find more ways to scare the villagers than the Charlatan told us.

Ok so for the potion to be done, you need to put the 3 ingredients in the mortar, grind them, and put them in the wine, then boil for one turn. It will work. It doesn't seem there is a alchemy level requirement.
And indeed, roe deer meat and roe deer venison are the same thing, thanks a lot @Solobrus22.

About Fritz and Mattew : what to do if they are standing at the entrance of the Inn near the Monastery ? In that case are they needed ?

You should be able to just leave them there.
Its only if they are in Ledetchko that you get the option for their help.

Also no killing is needed, u need to throw rotten eggs into the bathhouse well

"Also to throw eggs in to the bath house well, you need to spoil them first. FYI, you will get “Throwing Eggs into bathhouse well” quest popup after you talk to the grocery store owner."

For anyone wondring about the potion just press DOWN ON D-PAD while looking at the mortar to put in the above described ingredients from your inventory, there is no recipe in the book! I didn't notice that on screen instruction after 100 hours of gameplay, hope this helps someone! Epic, brilliant game, looking forward to what Warhorse Studios make next...

I finally got the achievement! After 4-5 times bloody hell! Even if I was following the guide to the point. I did several things not covered by the guide, not sure it matters though. Anyway here there are:
1. I sold him the remains.
2. Never talk to him untill all objectives were done (previous to the dog and fearless dude).
3. Accept to bark in front of him.
4. Shoot the lantern as training before provocating Felix.
5. Speak to him after the 3 run away.
Hope it helps someone.

Thank you for this guide, it was very helpful.

I also made a [mostly] full guide for the entire quest on the Kingdom Come: Deliverance Fandom Wiki:

If you scare off the characters after midnight, you may have to wait for the following morning (24+ hours) to trigger the achievement and related dialogue.

That was painful but I got it.

Some notes.

I did not seem to adequately fulfil the butcher objective. It seems that you can use mutton and not lamb, because when I collected the mutton it showed up as progress on the ticker.

However, depositing this at the butchers did not close that sub-quest for me, despite the game accepting the mutton. Maybe it was because it was not quite down to 0% quality?

If this happens to you it may not affect the outcome of the quest.

I did not shoot out the oil lamp over the grave before goading Felix, so when I was transported to the grave/camp at night it said that that objective had failed. Nonetheless, the lamp was still there for me to shoot down when transported, and shooting it adequately scared the man away.

I also didn't have any Buck's Blood on me when I goaded Felix, so that seems to not affect the outcome.

Lastly, I was conflicted about killing anybody and was trying to avoid that until absolutely necessary... However, speaking to the charlatan I found that he remarked about a death anyway, so I am not sure if this was because I maybe killed a bandit close to town previously, or the knock-outs I used to steal the rosaries counted as kills.

Just got the chievo. I want to precise some little things :
-If Fritz and Mattew are standing in front of the Inn near the Monastery, then you can ignore them, they are NOT needed. (Just read your comment, so I confirm they are not needed in that case)
-After you've done all the tasks, you'll need a bow and a lot of arrows (30 seems enough, just to be sure)
-To be able to bark, you must enter the forbidden zone (with blue logo) and press Y.
-You mustn't kill any of the three men, otherwise you won't get the achievement.
-The achievement pops during the conversation you have with the Charlatan in the morning, in Ledetchko.
Yes I got the potion, I've followed this video

MISSABLE

This is obtained during the mission "No Rest for the Wicked". Once you have the quest, go and dig up the grave and remove the remains and then talk to the local gossiper. After exhausting all dialogue options with her, go back and talk with the Charlatan and exhaust all options with him. Make sure at the end of the conversation you choose to ask about the remains and about burying them. After the conversation, make a save so you can reload it for the other trophies.

Here, you'll have to complete the objectives, along with the optional ones. Make sure you don't get caught or you'll run the risk of failing this quest so it's best to do most of the objectives at night.

  • Replace the eggs in the chicken coops with charcoal 3 times.
  • Steal 5 rosaries. Easiest is to pickpocket the female villagers.
  • Replace the butcher's fresh meat with rotten meat. You'll need 25 pieces of mutton, 50 roe-deer venison and 4 chickens, all of which must be rotten.
  • Colour the water in the baths with Fake Blood potion. Grind 1x St. John's wort, 1x Poppy and 1x Thistle together and put in the wine. Brew it for one turn and then complete.

There are then a few other objectives you'll have to complete that won't be added onto the mission. You have to at least complete two of them.

  • Kill a couple of villagers (best done at night while they're asleep)
  • Talk to the Bailiff about the revenant. Tell him you'll help and deal with the itinerants. Talk to them and ask them to help you with the haunting. Then go back and talk with the Bailiff.
  • If you talk with the Grocher, he'll give you the idea to put some rotten eggs in the well by the Bathhouse.
  • If Matthew and Fritz are in Ledetchko, you can ask them for help to scare the villagers.

Once done, to back and talk with the Charlatan and ask him "How's the haunting going?". If you killed people and he asks about it, tell him it wasn't you. He'll have you scare one more individual. Talk to the Gossip to find out who it is. Once you find out what these two individuals are afraid of, talk to the Charlatan and he'll have you learn how to bark like a dog. The dog's bark you'll have to learn is the one located on the farmland west of the Inn. Just keep interacting with it until you learn it.

Go and speak with Fearless Felix and get him to spend the night by the hill. It'll then be evening. Get close enough to the camp to get the "Private Area" warning and then use to use the bark a few times to scare off one of them. Now find the oil lamp hanging in the trees and shoot it down. Once the Charlatan scares off the last guy, talk to him. Meet him in the morning before noon and get your reward.

We do everything that the charlatan told us (except for the remains of the charcoal burner), there are only 2 secret additional ways to intimidate the residents of Ledechko: 1) We approach Richtarzh, he instructs us to deal with the beggars who have settled nearby, they must be asked to scare the residents. 2) We go to the grocer, he says that all the eggs are rotten, we take the egg from the chicken coop and wait a day until it spoils, we throw it into the well next to the baths in a lollipop. This is all!

For those who intimidate the butcher, you need to exchange 3 types of meat for spoiled ones:
1. How to enter the butcher's house (25 pieces of lamb).
2. First door on the right (50 pieces of roe deer).
3. There are four chickens weighing them on the street and they need to be replaced with spoiled ones.
