How to unlock the Like a Ghost achievement in Kingdom Come: Deliverance - Definitive Guide

During the mission: Bonum Commune
(Visit the potion shop in rattay and buy a nighthawk potion)
Follow the mission objectives until you reach a camp, with three cumans. Save here.
Wait until night time and sneak into the camp. (the potion will help you see in the dark)

Unequip all armor pieces (to be more quiet) and sneak around the camp..
Update: As Dresden N7 mentioned, killing the cumans, did not void the achievement, as long as you do not alert the other cumans. If you have a high sneak skill and wait until night, you can stab the Cumans while they sleep (be sure to stealth kill the lone sentry first).

On the North-west side of the camp, there's a hut. Inside the hut in the corner you will find the money and a blade.

Go back to Sasau and donate the money.
Then back to Pavel, adn tell him what youve done.
If you managed to find the treasure without being discovered, the achievement unlocks here

If a player chooses to do so, I can confirm that stealth killing them does not void the achievement if you never alert the three enemies.

If you have a high sneak skill and wait until night, you can stab the Cumans while they sleep (be sure to stealth kill the lone sentry first). I was able to do this and still get the achievement.

MISSABLE

This takes place during the mission "Bonum Commune".

You're to help a merchant out by finding his treasure and then donating it. You may want to get a Nighthawk potion for this, as you'll want to sneak into the camp during night. When you find the camp, I suggest you save in case you get spotted.

Sneak into the camp and find a hut on the Northwest side of the camp. Inside in the corner will be the money and a dagger. Take it and leave and then go back to Sasau and donate the money. After, talk to Pavel and tell him what you've done.

We need to take the Bonum Commune quest (the main one, so don’t miss it), then we follow the route indicated by Pavel, then we reach the ruined houses where the Cumans camp is, wait until nightfall, and stun/kill them, starting with the sentry who stands in the way one of the two entrances to the camp, the other two are sleeping, you can even walk past them.
The treasure itself is located in a furnace in a distant burnt house. The trophy is given after the player decides what to do with the treasure.
