How to unlock the Perfectionist achievement in Kingdom Come: Deliverance - Definitive Guide

Once I had built and improved all of the buildings my income was just 1500 a day and I panicked thinking I had blundered, however there are two further routes to increase your income.

1 JUDGEMENTS

You will be required to make judgements in disputes between your citizens, however as well as affecting your rep they also boost income, 1 judgement alone called Timber boosted my income by 150 a day.

Once I realised they affected my income I found this information. Here is a link to all the judgements and the outcomes. I strongly recommend you use this as judgements can also drastically reduce your income as well as increase it

2 Skilled Labourers.

Again these can provide a massive boost to your daily Groschen. 3 can be found in Rattay among the Skellitz refugees Adam (tavern), Kanush (woodcutter) Kornelius (trader), however the others are spread out.

Here is a link, scroll down once you click on the link to the section skilled labourers.

MISSABLE

Depending on your choices when building up Pribyslavitz, you can potentially make it so you cannot earn 2,000 Groscen a day. When working on supplies for your new village, make sure you pick the cheapest ones for each.

The main thing to do to ensure you hit the 2,000G per day mark, is to build your Rathaus and Church last. If you build them before you finish with everything else, they'll cut into your profit too much to be able to earn 2,000 or more a day so build them after you have earned the trophy.

There are a few buildings you have to choose one or the other on, a Stable or a Guardhouse or a Backer or a Butcher. A Stable brings in a little more money than a Guardhouse and the bakery brings in a little more money than the butcher when fully upgraded, not enough where it'll really matter so pick the one of your preference. On a side note, the Stables will give you the best horse in the game, while the Guardhouse will give you the best bow in the game. I also prefer the Bakery over the Butcher, as you can dry your own meat when it's upgraded.

You can also recruit certain NPCs that will add additional income to your village or make certain expenses cheaper for you. Also, you can cast judgments on people, which can have an affect on your income, good or bad. Every little bit helps but neither the NPCs or the judgments will have too much of an impact if you are to not recruit people or make the wrong choices, where it'll keep you from earning 2,000G a day. You can see a list of judgments here: LINK and below is a list of known recruitable NPCs.

Armorsmiths

  • Zach - Must have completed the side quest "Rattled" and sided with him..
  • Master Ota - Must have completed the side quest "Rattled" and sided with him.

  • Master Huntsman Nicholas - Completed the side quest "Hare Hunt" where you take the title of Master Huntsman in Talmberg.

The achievement is easy, it will take you 10-15 minutes of real time to get it, but before starting construction, still save manually.
You should have about 45K pennies - put 40 in the chest, keep 5 for yourself (for small expenses to suppliers).

DO NOT BUILD A TOWN HALL, DO NOT BUILD A CHURCH , these buildings are unprofitable, if you wish, build them after receiving the achievement.

Note to the owner:
After building the next building, we don’t let Marcus go far, we immediately grab him by the chest and build the next one, the order below is optimal and is designed so as not to run around a lot.

So, we build in the following order (all buildings on the outskirts):
1. Lumber camp
2. Apiary
3. Road and bridge
4. Merchant's shop
You won’t be able to build anything else without supplies, and with five thousand in your pocket we begin to run around the map, choosing suppliers of stone, meat and grain.

I suggest the following option:
1. Stonemasons in Tamlberg - spend 4K (or 3, if eloquence is developed) and buy stone
2. Let's go to the familiar coal burners of Ryzhiy, buy coal (or from the gallows hill)
3. We move to Sazava, buy grain and livestock there
4. Move to Ratay - hire Kunesh as a lumberjack and Cornelius as a merchant
5. We move to Pribyslavitz again and continue construction

Further according to the following scheme (all buildings in the center, with the exception of the tavern):
1. Building a bakery
2. Upgrading the bakery with a dryer
3. We are building a stable.
4. We improve the saddle stable.
5. Build a forge
6. Upgrade the forge with tools (it doesn’t matter, gunsmith or armorer)
6. We are building a tavern, by this stage you should already be in the black, after building the tavern the construction ends - sleep until the morning.

We start the morning by upgrading the tavern with a brewery and dice tables. Actually, after the brewery the achievement will arrive, then you can build a town hall and a church, and also invite workers.

Well, if you still managed to rebuild the town hall and the church, and the profit is less than 2K, then don’t be upset, be sure to invite Matusz and Fritzek to Pribyslavitsa and follow the events of the trial - you should have at least three of them:
1. If you built a bakery, then Sylvester, aka Peter, will come to you to get a job - be sure to hire him, your profits will increase
2. The trial of Matusz and Fritz - give them a choice, either work, or drive them to the neck - they will start working, profits will increase
3. The men from the sawmill will ask what to do with the wood - well, of course, sell it, profits will increase.

And now you have 2K+ income, but with the town hall and church already built.

After the inn, you should immediately be in the black, so I would build and improve it at the first opportunity (after the lumber camp, the road, the merchant's shop and all the purchases). Then you can wait and build hives, a forge, a bakery, etc.

Kunesha and Cornelius will only go with you if you have completed the side effects associated with them. If you are just running through the plot or have not yet completed their side effects, then it’s okay, you can skip this point and continue building. After upgrading the inn, the achievement will still drop
