How to unlock the Talmberger achievement in Kingdom Come: Deliverance - Definitive Guide
Just to add to the above.
I had Andrew Killed in the Gallows quest, when I went to see the Quartermaster he didn't even ask me for any beer so I gave up hope of earning this achievement
However I completed all the other objectives of the Siege quest that were available to me and was really surprised when I heard the pop of the achievement. I am not sure if there has been an update since the previous solution but anyone who had Andrew killed dont give up, complete the objectives available to you and you may be surprised.

I can confirm this. Had Andrew killed and never got a task to get beer, only 200 meat. After doing it and other objectives, achievement popped.

MISSABLE
Complete all optional objectives during the main quest "Siege" in Talmberg
Don't talk to Master Feyfar (main quest giver) and complete his task until you completed all optional objectives, as talking to him will end the quest. All of the quest givers are marked in the Talmberg area.
The optional objectives are: buying/getting meat and ale, potions, pitch and recruiting a priest and a medic. Once you have completed these the achievement will pop and you can then finish the main quest.
This achievement is currently unobtainable (as of 1.6.2) if you got the "Judas" achievement during the same save, as this is eliminating one crucial character from selling you the ale. (Although some people have mentioned he appears magically while others are stuck in a loop of getting meat and never are given the task for the ale)
Edit Version 1.7: No workaround - still missable (at least for me)
For peeps who handed in everything but still no achievement: reload - try handing over the meat last (also just to be absolutely sure I actually hunted deer and did not buy the meat somewhere)

You need to read the solution. if andrew is killed he wont ask for the beer however if you complete ALL of the other secondary objectives then turn in the quest then the achievement will unlock

The actual optional objectives are pretty straightforward and will be pretty clearly given to you, so if you set things up right this isn't hard. However, there are two game wide quests that could block you from getting this.
First, when you do "In God's Hands" you must heal everyone. Otherwise Brother Nicodemus may not be willing to come with you.
Second, do not complete the "Gallow Brothers" quest until you have this trophy. Andrew must be alive to get the trophy.

MISSABLE
This takes place during the main quest "Siege". During the main quest, there are three optional side quests you need to complete for this. Make sure to do them before continuing on with the main quest, though you can complete two of them before you get to this point.
At the start of "Siege", talk to Sir Robard and exhaust all dialogue options with him to get the side quests and objectives needed. After, go and talk to Tobias Feyfar to get the side quest "Rocketeer". Make sure you complete all optional objectives, as well as the side quests. Here is a list of the side quests needed to be completed:
- Talk with Master Feyfar and complete the quest "Rocketeer".
- Talk with the Quatermaster and get 200 meat.
- Talk with Captain Bernard to find an herbalist to help brew something to fend off sleep. I talked to the herbalist near Uzhitz and I needed 60 Mint, 30 Valerian and 6 Wormwood.
- Talk with nearby charcoal burners for pitch and go back to the Quatermaster and tell him to send someone.
- Talk with Sir Divish and get physician from the monastery to come to Talmberg (need to have completed "In God's Hands" and heal all the sick). Talk to Nicodemus and convince him to go.
- Talk with Sir Divish and get a priest willing to go to Talmberg. If you can't convince Godwin, then you'll need to complete "A Man of the Cloth" to recruit Simon.

The trophy is awarded for completing the “Siege” story quest, which, in turn, consists entirely of a number of small side tasks.
Immediately after receiving the quest, you will need to talk with the centurion Borek, and then ask him in more detail, Mr. Divish, the centurion Bernard and the captain, who will tell you about all the things necessary for the siege:
Immediately after receiving the quest, you will need to talk with the centurion Borek, and then ask him in more detail, Mr. Divish, the centurion Bernard and the captain, who will tell you about all the things necessary for the siege:
- 30 pieces of meat can be shot without any problems in the nearest forest
- Only Ondřej from the tavern “Na Polanke” can share beer.
- Tar can be obtained from the charcoal burners marked on the map, there should be no problems with them
- A herbalist living west of Samopesh will agree to prepare a potion of vigor on an industrial scale, for which she will require 60 units of valerian, 120 mint bushes and 12 stems of wormwood, after which the finished barrel of the potion can be taken from her in a couple of days
- Brother Nikodim from the monastery hospital will become the doctor
- And finally, Father Boguta from Uzice will most likely agree to work as a priest

On version 1.6.3, it’s still either a bug or something unclear, but hand over the meat after following the rest of the instructions. It’s possible even after you’ve brought an engineer from Splava. After that, the trophy is yours. Good luck!

If Boguta refuses to help, then you can ask Father Simon if you have completed the quest “Servant of the Church,” which can be taken from a peasant in Rivne. (Simon stands near a house near an abandoned church)

Ondrej is dead for me.
When completing the "Siege" quest, there was simply no goal for beer.
The trophy fell out.
