Progress through the Band of Brothers questline to the point where Jakey leaves the band. You'll be tasked with finding him and you'll eventually discover him, tied to a tree in the woods just to the south of the Inn of the Glade. Make a manual save here as you have a decision to make which could lead to one achievement or another.
