How to unlock the Bohemian Sniper achievement in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II - Definitive Guide
First things first, you’re going to want to get a really good crossbow for this achievement. Our favourite is the Field Crossbow as it’s easy to find and free - it can be found in the Buried Stash to the west of Pschitoky in the centre of the Kuttenberg region. This crossbow is not only easy to find, but it does great damage (350) and doesn’t take forever to load like the Reinforced Crossbow (550 damage) - which you get from the Abandoned Shepherd’s Dugout to the southwest of the Devil’s Den.
If, however, you have Groschen coming out of every orifice, you can pay Master Wenceslas a visit in southeastern Kuttenberg who sells the Decorated Field Crossbow (380) - the actual best crossbow in the game.
Now, for the tricky part: a super long distance crossbow bolt to the head. We did this on our target for the side mission, Handsome Charlie (one of Gules’ bounties that you get from him in Semine in Trosky).
At around dusk Charlie is sitting on his lonesome at the southwest corner of the camp. He doesn’t move for a while in the evening, and there’s no one else around - they’re sleeping. If you stand in the shrubs on the east side of the road, so that Charlie is so small he’s hard to make out, that’s far enough away. Make a save (either by exiting or using a Saviour Schnapps) then aim around his legs, the bolt should take his head clean off.
This works on any bandit or enemy - not civilians or guards - but just a.) make sure you’re far enough away; b.) they’re not wearing a helmet; and c.) have a save prepared in case you miss - or it’s not far enough away. You can upgrade your Marksman skills and even pop a Bowman’s Brew to make things infinitely easier.
It’s one of the game’s trickier achievements, but as soon as you plant a bolt in an enemy’s head from a significant distance, the ‘Bohemian Sniper’ achievement will unlock.

At the end of the video I showed the location on the map of where I was (enemy camp) and where you can buy the crossbow as well as train.
I aimed around his crotch area and got the headshot. You can use that bush on the right for positioning. The bandit was sitting on a tree stump if it's hard to tell.
