Kingdom Come: Deliverance II

During the 22nd main quest, “The Lion’s Den” you’ll be in the middle of Sigismund’s Camp in the Kuttenberg region doing some reconnaissance work. It’s here that you learn that Sigismund has 3 commanders in the encampment:

• Grozav of Borumlaca, the nobleman.
• Chertan, the Cuman commander.
• Ditrich Katz, of the Prague artillery regiment.

Now all you need to do is kill them. Thankfully, as part of the story, Chertan will meet his maker. And then, as a part of the quest, Katz - whose trust you’ve earned at this point - will ask you to investigate the murder.

It’s during this sequence of investigation that you’ll learn a few things:

• Chertan was poisoned with the Kiss of Death potion - he coughed up blood, threw up, was rigid, contorted and had spasms. He had broken finger nails, warts and lesions on his hands, shat himself and is as red as a poppy.
• You’ll also learn that Stephen Crow (the Corporal) clearly did it, and Grozav did not.

However, even despite learning that, you’ll be able to point the blame entirely at Grozav of Borumlaca at the hearing, which will ultimately end in his death - Stephen Crow is clearly an ally of Wenceslas and a Sigismund opposer.

If you do that, when you get on the road with the Finger of God itself, you’ll hear a large explosion (which is the powder magazine going up in smoke) and then you’ll have to defeat the guards at the ambush site. Finally, to get the achievement, you need to find Katz - who rode out to escort the cannon with you - and put an end to his life.

With the explosion at the camp happening naturally (thank you Corporal Crow), and all 3 dead, ‘The Hydra’s Head’ achievement will unlock.
