Quest giver Jackey.
I recommend starting this quest immediately after you arrive at the camp. After you stole the ring for Stone and gave to it him, wait 2 hours. Then Stephan Fletcher will want to speak with you (or just speak with him). He offers to make a sleeping potion but choose to "pitch the ring yourself". Easiest way to pickpocket from Stone. Now after you got the ring, DON'T GIVE it to Fletcher.
Instead start and finish the first quest. After everyone returned back to camp SAVE. Go sleep until morning (at least 6 hours). When you get up the game telling you "parted with ring of bacchus". Achievement unlocked!

Once you arrive at Sir Kuno's encampment for the first time, after talking to him go and find Jakey who will introduce you to the band's practice surrounding the Ring of Bacchus. This ring is passed on and stolen between the band as a sort of game with those who have the ring earning benefits such as not having to pay for drinks in taverns, for instance.
You'll now enter into a cycle where you'll steal the ring from different members of the band and return it to those who are asking for it. However for this achievement you'll need to keep the ring for yourself and go to bed for several hours, once you wake up it'll be removed from your possession and the achievement will unlock.
As with most stealth-orientated quests in this game, its best that you approach at night (after 23:00) and knock out people in their sleep (will require a perk in the Stealth tree). When doing this ensure that all armour is removed so you are as silent as possible. However with the camp beds being so close nearby people may sometimes wake up and attack you. In this case it may be best to improvise or possibly wait for another night when people may sleep in different beds within the camp.

I initially attempted this achievement during the first set of objectives requiring Henry to steal the ring from Dangler for The Stone. I slept in my bed at camp for a few nights but no one ever stole the ring from me. I shrugged my failure off and figured I would try again at one of the other stages of the quest. I reached the "Get the Ring of Bacchus from Stephan; Take it to Jan Bearman" stage before I remembered that somewhere inside me I still coveted this achievement.
At this stage of the quest, I did as @Dalfiuss mentioned above:

> Stole the ring from Jan Bearman at night before the next stage of the quest.
> Went to sleep in my bed for no more than a few days.
> Someone stole the ring from my inventory, and the achievement unlocked.

It may well only work when certain characters are asking for it. If that can be confirmed by several people then I'll edit the solution. If I remember rightly I had it stolen by Stephan Fletching and The Stone on separate runs so I assumed that there'd be a chance with each person asking for it.
