[Introduction]
The Unknown is a secret boss in Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep. You must complete the Final Episode and defeat Venitus Remnant in order make the Unknown appear at The Land Of Departure. This is arguably the most difficult trophy in the game, I highly suggest to attempt to kill him at around lv 60 if you're using Aqua or Ventus, 70 if you're playing with Terra.
The Unknown is required for the Reports section of each character, to earn his or her 100% completion but, for the trophy to unlock, you only need to kill him once.
[Preparation]
Aqua and Ventus are far easier than Terra since they have invicibilty frames while dodging.
Leaf Bracer, Second Chance, and Once More are pretty much mandatory, he can drop you to 1HP in 1 hit. Thunder Boosts and Cure Boost are also heavily suggested before attempting the fight, The Unknown will not copy your commands so you can use cure without worrying about it.

[The Fight]
The fight can be a really frustrating experience, it is extremely fast-paced with little to no mistake allowed by the player. In order to survire you basically have to spam square and use Thunder Surge when you see an opportunity frame. Once you get the Unknown's health down to two bars, he will cast a spell that will turn himself invisible, don't get panic, you can't attack him during this phase so just keep dodging and cure yourself if you get hit. Once he's visible again use the same tactics as before, keep dodging and use Thunder Surge when you see an opportunity to attack him. You will receive a special Keyblade once defeated.
