You get this after defeating Clayton and the giant Lizard. After the gorilla throws you, make your way to the top of the waterfall. After cut scene of you locking the world the trophy pops.

Clayton & Stealth Sneak:
After attacking the Stealth Sneak enough to reveal its body it will start to use magic, so retreat to high ground and use magic from a distance against it and then jump back down for the kill. Leave Clayton for last as he isn't much of a threat.
