Anti-Sora:

His attacks are pretty straight forward, however once you get him to near death he will split into three - he is more than likely the closer one to you. It'll be hard to hit him when he buries underground and teleports in front of you, wait it out if you can and finish him off when he's done.


Captain Hook:

Don't worry about the heartless and focus on Captain Hook, the heartless respawn so there's no point. The only dangerous thing about this fight is Hook's flurry of rapier strikes.
