When you are in the "The Grid" world of Tron there are turrets that you can hack with

Sometimes when you hack them, you get the option for "prize shot". This causes them to shoot out munny, HP, and DP. Go through the level fighting enemies and hacking turrets, using "Drop-Me-Nots" to prevent dropping. You can leave the world and come back as many times as you want, as long as you don't drop. The pause menu has your total DP in the left corner. After you get 300, drop, you'll get the achievement in the bonus menu.
