WARNING: You can not get this achievement if you are playing on normal or easy mode. One of the Abilities, EXP Zero, is only available in Proud or Critical mode. BUT your spirits will carry over if you start a new game on proud or critical with a previous difficulties clear game. The abilities you've unlocked and your link points do not carry over. Get the 100% Story achievement (you need all the spirits to unlock it) in an easier difficulty then start a new game on proud.
With my clear data from my normal play through, i was able to unlock this on Proud by the time i reached mid way thru The Grid with both Sora and Riku. As soon as you have munny buy water barrels for the mini game and actually play the mini game rather then quitting immediately as the game starts and getting the minimal amount of points. I also recommend selling any Dream pieces you get if you have all the spirits available since you do not need to create anymore.
For some abilities theres are multiple spirits you can use, i while list the ones i used in BOLD because i feel like these were the easiest path compared to the others.
DONT FORGET TO TURN ON EXP ZERO AT SOME POINT
If you wait until the end, the achievement will pop once you turn on Exp Zero.

To level up, you can also use Candy Goggles, it is not necessary to play - start the mini-game, press OPTIONS, exit, repeat the required number of times. The process will speed up if the Affection Boost bonus is active.
