When inside the country of musketeers and you’re in a battle you can do the command by pressing B and Y when your lock on turns pink. When you do this you’ll find 3 pictures pop up and they’ll each be pointing in a direction. So using the right analog stick do each one of the different commands. once that’s done the achievement should pop.

Just to add: To get this trophy, you must activate all four of the Wonder Comic effects:
1. You and Mickey
2. You and Donald
3. You and Goofy
4. You and all three Musketeers
The direction of the arrow is not relevant, you must get the different variety of comics with each of the four Disney characters.
