You can either succeed at doing this by playing during Roxas's Prologue, or you can return to Twilight Town after completing several worlds. In the Sandlot, the Struggle Promoter will stand by the board where you can sign up to fight specific combatants. Hayner, the first combatant, is by far the easiest; by the time you return as Sora, you'll have several different Keyblades at your disposal and you can use Draw to help you gather the orbs up faster. The time is generous, and you since winning by gathering all of the orbs is a victory condition (one of three), it is a sure-fire chance for you to get this by returning later.
